Dr. D. Hemalatha is working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management Studies, Christ University (Deemed to Be), Bangalore. With her academic and professional journey, she completed her Ph.D. at Anna University, Chennai, specializing in advanced business and data analysis methodologies. Additionally, she has honed her expertise in Product Management at IIT Guwahati.

Dr. Hemalatha, working with leading EdTech companies in Chennai. She has been a resource person for career guidance programs across more than 20 prestigious institutions, including Anna University (Chennai), Sri Krishna College of Engineering (Coimbatore), SRM Easwari College of Engineering (Chennai), and Kongu Engineering College (Erode). These sessions reflect her dedication to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of professionals and researchers.

Beginning her career as a Senior HR Consultant, she transitioned to academia driven by her passion for teaching and mentoring.
