At Bharat Global Publications, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and ethical publishing practices. Plagiarism in any form is considered a serious violation of scholarly ethics and is strictly prohibited. All authors submitting manuscripts, book chapters, conference papers, edited volumes, review articles, or any other scholarly content are expected to ensure that their work is entirely original and properly acknowledges the contributions of other researchers and sources.
Bharat Global Publications defines plagiarism as the use of another person’s ideas, words, research findings, data, images, tables, figures, or intellectual work without proper acknowledgment or citation. Plagiarism may include direct copying, paraphrasing without attribution, mosaic plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, improper citation practices, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, and submission of previously published work as original content.
All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using appropriate plagiarism detection software and editorial evaluation before the peer review and publication process. The editorial board carefully examines the similarity index and assesses the nature and extent of overlapping content. Authors are advised to ensure that their manuscripts maintain acceptable similarity levels and follow proper citation and referencing standards.
As a general policy, Bharat Global Publications expects manuscripts to contain a low similarity index and strictly discourages excessive textual overlap. Similarity arising from properly cited references, quotations, technical terminology, methodology descriptions, or standard academic expressions may be considered acceptable within reasonable limits. However, substantial similarity from a single source or multiple uncited sources may lead to rejection or further investigation.
Authors are solely responsible for the originality of the submitted work and for obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted material wherever applicable. Proper acknowledgment must be provided for all referenced content, including text, images, charts, figures, datasets, and previously published materials. Authors must also disclose if any portion of the manuscript has been presented, published, or submitted elsewhere in any form.
Self-plagiarism or redundant publication is also considered unethical. Authors should not submit substantially similar manuscripts to multiple publishers, journals, conferences, or publication platforms simultaneously. Reuse of previously published content without appropriate disclosure, citation, or editorial approval is strictly prohibited.
In cases where plagiarism or academic misconduct is identified before publication, the manuscript may be rejected immediately and returned to the author with necessary observations. If plagiarism or unethical content is discovered after publication, Bharat Global Publications reserves the right to take corrective actions, including issuing corrections, withdrawing the publication, retracting the work, notifying relevant institutions or authorities, and restricting future submissions from the concerned authors.
The editorial board, reviewers, and publication staff are also expected to uphold ethical standards and report any suspected plagiarism, copyright infringement, duplicate publication, or research misconduct identified during the review or publication process. All allegations of plagiarism are handled seriously, fairly, and confidentially in accordance with ethical publishing principles.
Bharat Global Publications encourages authors, researchers, academicians, and contributors to practice responsible research writing, proper citation methods, and ethical scholarship. Authors are advised to carefully review their manuscripts before submission to ensure compliance with academic integrity standards and publication ethics requirements.
By submitting a manuscript to Bharat Global Publications, authors confirm that the submitted work is original, has not been plagiarized, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any individual, institution, or organization. Submission of a manuscript also indicates acceptance of the plagiarism screening process and the publication’s ethical policies.
