This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions governing cancellation requests, refunds, publication processing fees, printing charges, and related services offered by Bharat Global Publications.

Authors, contributors, institutions, and customers are advised to carefully review all publication details, service terms, pricing information, and submission requirements before making payments for publication, printing, editorial assistance, ISBN allocation, book processing, conference proceedings, or other related services. Submission of payment indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this policy.

Publication processing fees, editorial charges, formatting fees, ISBN processing charges, and similar service-related payments are generally non-refundable once the editorial evaluation, peer review, manuscript processing, formatting, or publication workflow has commenced. This is because substantial editorial, administrative, technical, and publishing resources are allocated immediately after submission and payment confirmation.

Cancellation requests submitted before the initiation of editorial or publication processing may be considered at the discretion of the publisher. Approved refunds, where applicable, may be subject to administrative deductions, payment gateway charges, processing costs, or applicable service fees. Refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels along with valid supporting information.

No refund shall ordinarily be provided in cases involving manuscript rejection due to plagiarism, ethical violations, non-compliance with publication guidelines, false information provided by the author, delayed author response, or voluntary withdrawal of the manuscript after the publication process has substantially progressed.

For printed books, customized publishing projects, institutional orders, or print-on-demand services, cancellation requests may not be accepted once printing, packaging, or dispatch procedures have been initiated. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments reported within a reasonable time period may be reviewed for replacement or corrective action after verification.

Bharat Global Publications reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially process refund and cancellation requests depending on the nature of the service, publication stage, contractual obligations, and applicable operational circumstances. The publisher’s decision regarding refunds and cancellations shall be considered final.

Approved refunds, if applicable, may require reasonable processing time depending on banking procedures, payment gateways, financial institutions, or administrative verification processes.
