Conflict of Interest Policy

At Bharat Global Publications, we are committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, objectivity, and ethical integrity throughout the publication process. The Conflict-of-Interest Policy is intended to ensure that all editorial, peer review, and publication decisions are made solely on academic merit and free from improper influence or personal bias.

A conflict of interest may arise when authors, editors, reviewers, or contributors have personal, professional, financial, institutional, collaborative, or other relationships that could influence, or reasonably appear to influence, their judgment, objectivity, or responsibilities in connection with a submitted or published work.

Authors are expected to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest related to their manuscript at the time of submission. Such disclosures may include funding support, financial relationships, institutional affiliations, consultancy arrangements, employment, advisory roles, personal relationships, or any circumstance that may affect the interpretation or presentation of the research.

Editors and editorial board members are expected to evaluate manuscripts impartially and confidentially. Editors should avoid handling submissions in which they have conflicts of interest arising from personal relationships, institutional associations, competitive interests, collaborative involvement, or financial considerations. In such cases, alternative editorial handling arrangements may be made.

Reviewers are also required to disclose any conflicts of interest that may compromise their ability to provide an objective and unbiased review. Reviewers should decline review assignments where personal, academic, financial, or institutional relationships may affect impartial judgment or create unfair influence during the evaluation process.

Bharat Global Publications encourages transparency and ethical disclosure practices to preserve trust, credibility, and integrity in scholarly communication. Failure to disclose significant conflicts of interest may result in editorial action, rejection of submissions, correction notices, or other appropriate measures depending on the seriousness of the issue.

The editorial board reserves the right to assess disclosed conflicts of interest and determine appropriate actions necessary to maintain fairness, transparency, and ethical publication standards. All disclosures are handled confidentially and reviewed in accordance with publication ethics principles.

Bharat Global Publications remains dedicated to promoting responsible research practices, ethical publishing behavior, and unbiased academic evaluation throughout all stages of the publication process.
